Jung Daehyun, a former member of boy group B.A.P, has announced his enlistment as an active duty soldier in the army starting November 17.
According to an OSEN's report on October 27, Jung Daehyun will join the military on November 17. The location and time of his enlistment will not be disclosed to the public.
Daehyun made his debut in 2012 with the six-member boy group B.A.P, which consists of him, Yongguk, Himchan, Youngjae, Jongup and Zelo. They were loved for hits such as 'One shot', 'No Mercy', 'Stop It', 'Crash', '1004', 'Feel So Good', 'Skydive'.
However, due to disputes with his agency in 2014, he was not active until August 2015. Then, in 2019, he gave up his seven-year career and refused to renew his contract with his agency, which declared the group's disbandment.
After B.A.P disbanded, Daehyun released an album titled 'Chapter 2 "27"' in April 2019 and a single album 'Aight' in October of the same year.
