Junho will finish his military service on March 20. As the COVID-19 situation is still complicated, he will quietly leave the army without any official events to commemorate the discharge.

Junho made his debut in 2008 and suffered a serious injury to his right shoulder in an accident during a acrobatic practice for his 2PM career. He was diagnosed with a spinal fracture and underwent surgery, and was diagnosed with a grade 4 physical examination. So, he entered the military on May 30, 2019 and has been serving alternative services faithfully as a social worker.

With Junho's returning, all 2PM members (Jun K, Ok Taecyeon, Wooyoung, Chansung, Junho) except for foreign member Nichkhunm will now become "military-finished idols". 2PM, which will conclude their "military white flag" period amid fans' hot wait, is reported to release a new album by the end of this year and come back as a full 6-member group.

Meanwhile, Junho is also expected to continue his acting career. Junho is positively considering appearing in MBC's new Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Red Cuff of the Sleeve'.

Junho donated 30 million won to the International Relief and Development NGO 'World Vision' in March last year, asking to use it for children in the socially vulnerable class who are suffering from COVID-19. After establishing ties with 'World Vision' through a child sponsorship in 2012, he has actively participated in charity programs with domestic and foreign countries such as Hunger Experience, Volunteer in Ethiopia, and the 'Global 6K for Water' campaign.
