Hui (27, real name Lee Hoe Taek), a member of boy group PENTAGON, will enlist in the army in December to fulfill his military duty.
PENTAGON's agency Cube Entertainment announced on October 19 that, "PENTAGON Hui will enter the training center on December 3 and serve as a public service worker after four weeks of basic military training."
Hui began his career as a member of PENTAGON in 2016 and showed his talent as a producer, completing major songs for the group's albums such as 'Naughty Boy', 'Shine', 'Thank You' and 'You Are'.
Hui, who was born in 1993, will be the second member of the PENTAGON to fulfill his military duty after Jinho, who enlisted on May 11.
Asked about his enlistment at the 'WE:TH' comeback showcase held on October 12, the leader confessed, "At some point, when I'm old enough, I'll have to follow Jinho, but I haven't thought much about my future plans yet."
"With or without me, PENTAGON's ability is so great. I'm just playing a part now, but if I'm not here, other members can play my part," he said. "Our members only have different names - there are nine Hui here. They all have great abilities."
Meanwhile, PENTAGON is doing plenty of promotion activities for their comeback with the 10th mini album 'WE:TH' released on October 12.
