Seo Eunkwang, the 30-year-old leader and main vocalist of K-Pop boygroup BTOB, will be discharged from military service today.
The male idol will be discharged as a sergeant after finishing his military service as an active duty soldier of the army.
Seo Eunkwang, who joined the army in August 2018, recently took a leave of absence in his final years and was discharged from the military without returning to the military in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
“To the fans, I will come back after serving with my heart. I will create better music, and upgrade myself. I will return to being an even cooler man,” – the singer told his fans in August 2018.
Eunkwang has become the first member in BTOB to fulfill his military duty. Currently, BTOB member Lee Minhyuk is a conscripted police officer, as he enlisted on February 7, 2019, while Lee Changsub is serving in the military as an active duty soldier, since January 14, 2019.
Seo Eunkwang will continue his active career after his discharge.
