8 years have passed since EXO debuted on April 8, 2012. But the EXO members still spend time loving and supporting each other, just like day 1.
Our boys, although not seen together in public as often as before, still always show support and cheer for each other's individual projects in many different ways.
At the moment, 3 members of the group - Xiumin, D.O. and Suho are fulfilling their military duty, while Lay mainly works in China, and the rest of the members focus on their solo activities or individual projects.
It has been a long time since EXO-Ls (their fans) last saw the group appear as 9 members, but the words and actions of the boys, which show great support and caring to each other, still give fans' faith in a day when the group reunite.
Let's take a look at some of the heart-warming moments when the members of EXO show their support to each other.
On April 22, 2018, EXO-CBX (EXO's first unit consisting of Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin) held an event to meet fans and give them autographs for the newly released album. However, what surprised the three and fans the most that day was the appearance of Sehun: He disguised as a fan and came to ask for their autographs. Sehun's caring action made the members of the group extremely touched.
The maknae of EXO made a similar appearance at a movie premiere of D.O..
And also, Sehun became the host for Chen's debut showcase in 2019.
Chen, Xiumin and Baekhyun went to cheer for Suho at his musical 'The Man Who Laughs'. Chen was also the host for Baekhyun's debut showcase and Xiumin's first fan meeting.
Suho, Chen and D.O. went to cheer for Chanyeol's first movie 'Jang Soo Shop'.
D.O. was there at Chen's music 'In The Heights', Suho's musical 'The Last Kiss'. He also hosted Baekhyun's birthday party.
During EXO's 5th concert 'EXplOration', although Xiumin and D.O. couldn't perform on stage due to their military service, they both came to the concert as audiences to cheer for their boys.
Before joining the army, EXO's leader Suho had his debut as a solo artist and EXO members did not miss the opportunity to support him. Unlike the group's comebacks, for this promotion, Suho performed alone. Therefore, in order to cheer for the group leader, Chanyeol, Sehun and Baekhyun in a cheerful and excited mood came to the Inkigayo studio to show their support to Suho.
Most recently, on June 7, when Baekhyun had a stage to promote his new solo album 'Delight' with the title song 'Candy', apart from the members who are serving the military and Lay, the others (Kai, Chanyeol, Chen, Sehun) came to cheer for Baekhyun. Not only appearing backstage, they even went to the encore stage and dance with their brother after Baekhyun received Candy's 3rd trophy.
Since 2017, due to the Chinese ban, Lay's activities with EXO are limited. He has been mainly focusing on his solo projects in China. However, both Lay and EXO showed mutual support even though they did not meet regularly. EXO members actively posted on Instagram and Weibo to show their support for Lay's solo album. When D.O. joined the army, Lay, despite his busy schedule, still took the opportunity to come to South Korea to see his brother off.

It can be seen that, even though they are not promoting together as often as before, even though they see each other less due to each member's own schedule, EXO's actions show that they are still a group, a family that loves and cares for each other.
