Boy group TXT continued to prove their global popularity with desirable album sales for their third mini album 'minisode1: Blue Hour' on its first day, showing off their presence as the youngest member of Big Hit Label.
According to Hanteo Chart on October 26, TXT's third mini-album 'minisode1: Blue Hou' sold 105,264 copies as of 10 PM KST.
The figure was added up on the day of the album's release. As the number of pre-orders for this album surpassed 400,000 as of October 23, TXT's actual album sales are expected to rise even further.
'minisode1: Blue Hour' also achieved remarkable results on the global chart. It topped the iTunes Album Chart in 21 countries and regions around the world, including Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, Russia, Peru, Mexico, Indonesia, Chile and Brazil, as of 10 PM KST on the same day. As it ranked second in the U.S., Britain, Hong Kong, Italy and Singapore, it is expected that the album's performance will continue to go upwards.
'minisode1: Blue Hour' is TXT's comeback made 5 month after the second mini album 'Dream Chapter: ETERNITY' released in May. Before moving on to the next series from the 'Dream Chapter' series that has been unfolding since the boys' debut in March last year, the five TXT members want to tell small stories about changes in their friendships through this mini album.
The title track 'Blue Hour' is a cheerful disco song that features the boys' complex minds, with familiar and unfamiliar feelings about the world and their friends at the same time, looking at the beautiful sky at 5:53, the sunset time in October.
