Boy band N.Flying lent their talents for the OST Part.4 of SBS' drama 'Alice'. The song, titled 'From You', will be released today.
SBS' Friday-Saturday drama 'Alice' (written by Kim Kyu Won, Kang Chul Kyu, Kim Ga Young, directed by Baek Soo Chan) has continued to top the ratings for mini-series for 4 consecutive weeks amid a wide range of enthusiastic responses from teenagers to people of all ages.
Talented idol band N. Flying has earlier been selected as the singer of 'Alice''s fourth OST 'From You', succeeding the powerful lineup which includes GFriend Yuju, Ben and Lim Han Byul.
N.Flying is a five-member idol band loved for their cheerful music with hits such as 'Rooftop', 'Oh really' and 'Hot Potato'. The group has proven their solid skills by conducting various activities such as music festivals, live clubs, busking and drama OSTs at home and abroad. It is said that they also showed unrivaled presence in the upcoming song 'From You'.
In particular, 'From You' is a powerful song that captures the emotions of the main character Park Jin Gyeom (played by Joo Won) who seeks his mother Park Sun Young (played by Kim Hee Sun). The song further heightens the tension in the play by combining the heavy low notes of N.Flying's vocalist Lee Seung Hyeop and the cool high notes of Yoo Hwe Seung.
Singer-songwriter Jeon Geun Hwa, who was the composer of drama OSTs such as 'The Heirs' and 'The Gentleman's Dignity', and producer Sim participated in the composition and lyrics of the song, adding to the perfection.
The sci-fi drama 'Alice' airs every Friday night at 10 PM KST on SBS. The fourth OST 'From You' will be released on various music sites at 6 PM KST on September 26.
