"Sehun will appear as a new designer for the fashion company's design team in SBS' new drama 'Now, We Are Breaking Up'," said his agency SM Entertainment.
It is the first time for Sehun to appear in a terrestrial soap opera since his debut in 2012. Sehun previously appeared in web dramas such as 'EXO Next Door' in 2015 and 'Dokgo Rewind' in 2018.
Sehun will play the role of a junior designer in the fashion company's design team in the drama. He will work with the character of actress Song Hye Kyo, the head of the fashion company, and actress Choi Hee Seo, the director of the design team in the drama.
Meanwhile, 'Now, We're Breaking Up' is a sweet, salty, spicy, sour and bitter drama about breakup, which comes with 'Goodbye' and 'Love'. It is a collaboration between writer Jae In, who was noted for her 2018 drama debut 'Misty', and director Lee Gil Bok, who worked as a filming director for 'Giant', 'My Love from the Star', and co-directed 'Dr. Romantic 2'. The filming will begin in April and is scheduled to air in the second half of this year.
Meanwhile, actors Song Hye Kyo, Jang Ki Yong, Choi Hee Seo, Kim Joo Heon, and Yura (Girls' Day) have confirmed their appearance in the drama.
