Alien: Covenant (2017)
This is a prequel to the classic horror film Alien (1979) by Ridley Scott himself. Unfortunately, the series did not receive positive reviews due to the focus on the robot character David played by Michael Fassbender. On the other hand, the work no longer creates extreme tension when the characters confront the monsters, as they were all CGI.
This makes the monsters in the movie become faster, the speed of the movie also increases, leaving no place for the slow, suspenseful moments like the old movies. The work does not mention much about the engineers, the races that created humankind in Prometheus (2012) but exploited the aspect of artificial intelligence with many metaphorical lines that make it difficult for viewers to understand.
