Several court documents showed that actor Johnny Depp begged his assistant to find ecstasy for him while filming in Australia in March 2015 - the day before he was accused of drug abuse and violence of Amber Heard.
During the trial in the Supreme Court in London on June 25, The Sun lawyer provided a series of old messages between Johnny Depp and the actor's assistant, Nathan Holmes. In those messages, the Caribbean Pirates star begged his assistant to buy ecstacy.
"May I have it again?", A message Johnny Depp sent to Nathan Holmes on March 7, 2015. That same day, the actor continued to "need more". The assistant replied that he could not get more because he was from a film crew, not a drug dealer. However, Holmes promised to bring it to Depp.
The Sun lawyer Adam Wolanksi analyzed that Johnny Depp mentioned "ecstasy" and used the word "again", meaning that he demanded more addictive substances.
In another message, Johnny Depp complained to his assistant that he hated "anyone who preaches drugs" to him. Attorney Adam Wolanksi said that the actor mentioned his wife - actress Amber Heard - when she tried to stop him from using ecstasy. The lawyer pointed out that the messages were exchanged just a day before the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard scuffle occurred, meaning that the drunkenness affected Johnny's violent behavior. Earlier, Amber Heard had repeatedly mentioned the violence that occurred in March 2015 where she asserted Johnny Depp in a 3-day drunken and drugged slap, slapped and pulled her all over the floor. Actress Aquaman said, the culmination of the incident was that Johnny threw a plastic phone against the wall and was cut by a finger on his right hand to go to the emergency room.
Johnny Depp cut his fingers off in an argument. He then used blood and oil to write letters throughout the house, including Billy Bob Thornton - co-star of Amber Heard.
In court, Johnny Depp's lawyer rejected the argument. Johnny said the argument between amateurs and Amber Heard happened not because of drugs but because of disagreements over the signing of marriage contracts. Johnny said Amber did not accept the terms of the contract that Johnny put out so was angry with her husband. Johnny denied beating his wife in the quarrel.
The next hearing will take place on 7/7. Johnny Depp, Amber Heard and witnesses are expected to be in the next trial in London. Johnny Depp is suing The Sun for slander and defamation when he called him "brute" in the title of an April 2018 article entitled, "How JK Rowling could be 'delighted' honestly 'when choosing Johnny Depp brute in the new movie Fantastic Beasts? ".
In the US, Johnny Depp is also suing Amber Heard for a similar crime, demanding that she pay $ 50 million for damaging his honor and damaging his movies.
