Recently, Google announced the top 5 most searched-for K-Pop female idols for each year starting from 2013 up to now. The newly released list has attracted great attention when it truly reflects an idol's popularity, and at the same time shows the level of public interest in that idol.

Among the most Googled K-Pop girls, fans were not surprised to see the famous names that have been causing fevers over the years such as Yoona, Suzy or Irene. Most notably, Suzy has always been in the top 5 for the last 7 years, while the oldest member of BLACKPINK - Jisoo has surpassed a series of famous beauties to keep her throne at the top for 3 straight years.

The specific list is as follows:

2013

Holding the No.1 position was our "goddess" Yoona (SNSD) with 99 points. Bae Suzy (Miss A) followed with 29 points. Jiyeon (T-ARA) was close with 26 points.

2014

Compared to the previous year, the first 3 positions didn't change. Yoona continued to hold the throne with 47 points. Our "Nation's first love" Suzy finished second with 28 points.

Jiyeon stayed at No. 3 with 17 points, while Girl's Day beauty - Yura suddenly reached No.4 with 16 points.

2015

The year 2015 witnessed the spectacular rise of the youngest member of TWICE - Tzuyu with 87 points. The runner-up was Suzy with 46 points. Yoona was at No. 3 with 38 points.

After her legendary fancam, Hani (EXID) scored the 4th place in the chart with 26 points. Irene (Red Velvet) completed the list with 14 points.

2016

2016 continued to be a successful year for Suzy when she topped the chart with 55 points. Yoona did not lose her popularity and ranked 2nd with 34 points.

Never had been in the top 5 before, but when she appeared, BLACKPINK's Jisoo immediately claimed the throne with 36 points.
