Brand Reputation Rankings For Korean Singers In March Announced With New Names
The Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation collected a total brand reputation index of 121,949,584 from all Korea's boy groups, girl groups, solo idols, indie bands, hip hop artists, trot singer, etc, from February 27, 2021 to March 27, 2021 and then determined rankings.
As a result, global stars BTS are still at the top of this month's rankings. However, the brand reputation index of the boys from Big Hit Entertainment declined 4.81%, from 13,215,433 in February to 12,580,406 in March.
The runner-up position saw the strong rise of Brave Girls after their spectacular emergence with the massive sleeper hit 'Rollin''. It's their first appearance on the Korean singer brand reputation rankings, and Brave Girls has a brand reputation index of 11,020,770, helping them become the highest-ranked female artist this month.
The 3rd place still belongs to trot singer Lim Young Woong, who is attracting a strong fandom on mass media platforms, just like last month. The one and only "Mr. Trot" has a brand reputation index of 10,238,854 in March, an increase of 18.31% compared to last month.
The remaining 2 positions in the top 5 belong to IU with a brand reputation index of 8,460,932 (a decrease of 12.38% compared to February) and BLACKPINK Rosé with a brand reputation index of 5,713,100. This is also the first time that Rosé has been analyzed and ranked in the Korean singer brand reputation rankings.
