"All TWICE members and managers, including Sana, have been tested negative," TWICE's agency JYP Entertainment announced on the afternoon of December 7. "Sana will comply with the health authorities' quarantine guidelines and will be quarantined until December 18, while the rest of the members will carry out their planned schedules as normal."
Earlier in the day, Chungha was confirmed to have been diagnosed with COVID-19. She went for a test right after she knew that one of her friends whom she made contact with was tested positive. The female singer must halt all of the activities before her comeback.
Shortly thereafter, JYP announced that all TWICE members and staff would be tested for COVID-19 as Sana recently met Chungha. This action is to ensure the health of the idols and the company's staff.
TWICE just participated in the '2020 MAMA' awards ceremony on December 6, with many famous artists and staff participating in the event.
