Rain and Kim Tae Hee surpassed Kwon Sang Woo, Jeon Ji Hyun to top the list of '10 real estate tycoons' of the Korean entertainment industry.
Rain and Kim Tae Hee got married in January 2017 after four years of dating. They are one of the most powerful couples in the Korean entertainment industry. With no scandal and persistent activities, they quickly became the standard of love in the entertainment world full of lies.
In the KBS show 'Live All Year' broadcast on the evening of October 30, the couple's real estate assets were amounted to be 81.4 billion won, including many real estate in Hannam-dong, Yeoksam-dong, Itaewon with a total value of about 42 billion won. Rain's corporate headquarters building is now 37 billion won, and was awarded the Korean Architecture Award in September. Last year, the couple bought an apartment worth 2.4 billion won in California, USA.
