The brand reputation rankings for idol groups in September has been announced, with BTS, BLACKPINK, and OH MY GIRL at the top.
The Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation collected 119,583,667 data from 100 idol groups from August 24 to September 25, and analyzed the brand reputation index by measuring consumers’ participation index, media index, communication index and community index. Compared to the 118,225,666 data of the 100 idol groups in August, the figure increased by 1.15%.
BTS successfully defended the top spot with a brand reputation index of 19,856,947, marking a 33.27% increase compared to August.
The phrases that ranked high in BTS’s keyword analysis included “Billboard”, “Dynamite” and “YouTube”, while related phrases with the highest rankings included “appearing”, “speech” and “join “. Analysis of the ratio of the positive-negative reactions of the group showed that the positive response from Knet accounted for 83.79%.
At No. 2, BLACKPINK has a brand reputation index of 13,138,816,. Compared with the brand reputation index of 9,472,487 in August, it rose 38.71%.
Meanwhile, at No. 3, OH MY GIRL (Hyojung, Mimi, YooA, Seunghee, Jiho, Binnie, Arin) has a brand reputation index of 3,628,647. Compared with the 2,835,122 brand reputation index in August, it rose 27.99%.
