Park Seo Joon, Yoo Jae Seok, and Yoo In Na are doing their part to help relieve the catastrophe brought on by the ongoing rain in Korea, which has caused immense unexpected damage in numerous areas around the country.
Actor Park Seo Joon donated 100 million won ($84,000) for the victims of flooding in Korea through the 2020 Emergency Relief Campaign run by the Hope Bridge Association, the Hope Bridge Association of the National Disaster Relief said on Tuesday.
The young actor also made a 100-million-won donation to the Hope Bridge Association to help the victims of the wildfire in Gangwon last year in April.
Comedian Yoo Jae Suk also donated 100 million won to the 2020 Emergency Relief Campaign on Monday.
On the same day, actor Yoo In Na contributed 50 million won, comedian Yoo Byung Jae donated 10 million won, married couple Hong Hyun-hee and Jason donated 20 million won, announcer Park Ji Yoon donated 20 million won and singer Jang Yoon Jung donated 50 million won.
“The fund will be used to help the victims and restore damaged facilities from the unexpected torrential rains“, the association said.
The donations they cherished will be used to provide relief supplies and dispatch laundry relief vehicles to residents affected by torrential rains.
