Ahead of the coming new album, Ellie Goulding did know how to keep her fans surprise and keep an eye on her while the singer looked obviously stunning in skintight gym wear.

The Burn singer has recently posted on Instagram two snaps of her posing just like a model in a changing clothing room.

In a skintight black gym wear, Ellie could totally show off her healthy body with toned abs and slim thigh. The 'fake tan' as she called made the whole look of her even more stunning.

Ellie matched the black fit with black leather boots. Her blonde long hair flew gorgeously on shoulders.

In answering for the secret behind her body, Ellie revealed she fasts for up to 40 hours to achieve her physique - and insisted it is "safe".

The fitness fanatic said she sometimes went for no food, just tea, coffee and water with added electrolytes in two days after she previously told The Sun her addiction to exercise took over her life.

Ellie argued that giving her digestive system a break from solid food helped to reduce inflammation in her body. The star added that inflammation is "the mother of ALL health problems” and said other benefits include "blood sugar control."

Ellie shared: "I do it very safely by having a purposefully nutritious food day the day before and after."

"On the fast day, I drink high-grade electrolytes and a LOT of water (plus tea and coffee). Fasting is safe and beneficial unless you are diabetic or have serious health issues."

“I built my way up to 40-hour fasts over time (started with 12). Fasting from time to is a great way to give your digestive system a break."

Well, guess that's a price for a body like hers!
