FNC Entertainment confirmed that boy group SF9 is preparing for their comeback on July 6 with a new album titled '9loryUS'.
On June 21, the agency released a trailer for SF9's new album, '9loryUS' on their official website.
The dreamy atmosphere stood out throughout the video - the sun becomes a golden eclipse, and Inseong wakes up as if he had a nightmare. He stares blankly at the bracelet on his wrist, with at a moment turns into a golden snake.
Inseong then gets out of bed and approaches the window. The faces of SF9 members, who are shining like the sun covered by the moon, appear one after another, arousing curiosity of fans.
On June 21, a solar eclipse actually took place. It is a rare natural phenomenon in South Korea that was last observed in 1948. The trailer was released on the same day, drawing much attention.
An official said, "It is a rather dark video based on the solar eclipse," adding, "Please look forward to how SF9 will portray the brilliant moments in '9loryUS' in the future."
This will be SF9's first comeback in about six months. In January, SF9 proved their popularity by topping music shows for the first time with 'Good Guy,' the title track of their first full-length album 'First Collection'.
SF9 is planning to release various contents for their comeback promotion sequentially.
