Konnect Entertainment released a cover image of Kang Daniel's new album, which will be released on April 13 through their official SNS at midnight on March 22. The color code "#FFFF00," which symbolizes "YELLOW", a large diamond, and Kang Daniel's face, which was carved in each end, were expressed as a gemstone. The double symbol, where solidity and destruction coexist, creates a weird feeling.
'YELLOW' is Kang Daniel's first new album in 8 months since the mini album 'MAGENTA'. It is the next part of the 'COLOR' album series, which started with the mini album 'CYAN' released last year. Kang Daniel recently proved his powerful chart power and musical evolution with his single 'PARANOIA', so expectations are high on the new album.
Kang Daniel said, "The image of 'YELLOW' that I have in general and the atmosphere I think I want to express were very different," adding, "Each track contained meaningful messages and most of all, I put my heart and soul into its completion. You will be able to feel more than just watching and listening to music."
This album is drawing more attention due to the singer's high-speed comeback right after 'PARANOIA' promotion activities. Expectations for the new album are rising as it is the main film that connects the pulse of 'PARANOIA'. 'YELLOW' will be released at 6 PM KST on April 13.
