SEVENTEEN continued to receive good news as their 2nd mini album '24H' achieved great results in Japan and was certified platinum by the RIAJ.
On October 9, the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) announced its certifications for September. The list includes a new platinum certification for SEVENTEEN's second Japanese mini album '24H', released on September 9.
Seventeen's '24H' has a total of 5 songs in Japanese, including the title track of the same name, 'Pinwheel' by the vocal unit, '247' by the performance unit, 'Chilli' by the hip hop unit, and the b-side 'Together' from their seventh Korean mini album 'Heng: garae'.
'24H' carries the message of "Even if the minute and second hand of the clock rotate in different directions, they will meet at some point as fated". At the time of its release, the song became the hottest keyword on major online music sites in South Korea, and topped the worldwide trending on Twitter.
It can be said that this has been a very active year for SEVENTEEN.
