Ballad singer Migyo had to be sent to the hospital and receive emergency treatment earlier this morning after suffering severe abdominal pain.
Migyo's agency KC Entertainment said on May 1, "Migyo was rushed to the emergency room of St. Mary's Hospital in Banpo-dong, Seoul, due to severe abdominal pain while fulfilling her new song recording schedule."
The "cover goddess" complained of abdominal pain little by little during the recording of her new song, and she skipped meals on an empty stomach. On her way home after the recording, she had to go to the emergency room as her stomachaches got worse.
A KC Entertainment official said, "The doctor suggested that the progress should be watched. Migyo received emergency treatment at the hospital and is currently resting after returning to her home."
Migyo made her name known by receiving 10 million views on YouTube with a cover of Yoon Jong Shin's 'Like It', and she has recently made a comeback with her new song 'Love Me Crazy' on SBS MTV 'The Show'.
