Singer Chen from boy group EXO has finally made a splendid move after staying quiet for over 6 months following his marriage announcement.
On June 24, Chen uploaded his beautiful cover of Park Hyo Shin's hit song 'Breath' on his official YouTube channel, where he used to post his covers of songs from various artist.
Fans around the world burst into tears to see the singer finally coming back. His real name 'JongDae' immediately topped the worldwide trending on Twitter, as well as the real-time search of South Korea's biggest music platform Melon. The video on YouTube gathered over 400.000 views in just 1 hour, while Chen's YouTube channel gained over 60.000 new subscribers in just 6 hours.
The cover comes 6 months after Chen revealed the news of his marriage and baby through a hand-written letter on January 13. The announcement shocked the K-Pop community and a part of EXO-L (EXO's fandom) even protested and made various projects to kick the idol out of the group. However, SM Entertainment released an official statement claiming no one would leave EXO. Since then, he rarely has any activity. That's why many Chen's supporters were desperately waiting for his return.
