Huge names such as IU, BTS, TWICE, BLACKPINK, and more continued to demonstrate their influences on the 'Top Artists' Rankings of YouTube Korea.

According to new data gathered from March 26 to April 1 of YouTube Charts, which reveals the trends of the most popular songs, music videos, artists, and more, IU won over Brave Girls as well as BTS and became the No.1 artists in South Korea for the 13th week of 2021.
Along with these singers who are often called the 'digital monsters' both domestically and internationally, other top K-pop idol groups including IZ*ONE, BLACKPINK, TWICE, SHINee, and more also rank high in the chart.
Based on the results, IU is the biggest artist in YouTube Korea in the 13th week of 2021! The 'Nation's little sister' amassed 22.2 million views in South Korea with her YouTube videos, of which 4.12 million views were collected through the MV of her latest album title song, 'LILAC'.
In the 'Top 100 Music Videos,' IU's other MVs also proved their supremacy, including 'Celebrity' at #4, 'Coin' (#6), 'Blueming' (#26), and more.
IU, who was crowned the 'Top Artist' with 'Top Music Video' in YouTube Korea of the week, released her 5th full-length album, 'LILAC,' on March 25. This is IU's first full-length album in 4 years since her 4th full-length album, 'Palette,' released in 2017.
The album comrises of 10 songs, and IU participated in producing, composing, and writing all the songs, just like always. In particular, she drew much attention as she collaborated with various domestic and international high-end artists such as NAUL.
Right behind IU is the 'global stars' BTS, which has been consistently in the Top 100 for 237 weeks. In South Korea, they gained 9.4 million views, and the number is expected to skyrocket once they make their comeback in May.
Brave Girls came in the third place, with 7.27 million views. The 'sleeper hit' queens also hinted at their summer comeback, drawing much attention. Then the forth place is taken by BLACKPINK. Without any release since October 2020, the 'World's biggest girl group' sill maintained their 'YouTube Queen' status, particularly in Korea with 5.1 million new views.
Justin Bieber, Lim Young Woong, IZ*ONE, M.C.The Max one after another take the fifth to eighth place.
Meanwhile, TWICE and SHINee completed the Top 10, respectively. TWICE is set to come back on May 12 with their Japanese single, 'Kura Kura,' while the 2nd-generation boy group SHINee will be releasing the repackage album 'Atlantis' this April 12.
Other significant leading K-Pop artists, including BLACKPINK Rosé (#11), EXO Baekhyun (#18), and OH MY GIRL (#21), also entered the rankings, as well as Red Velvet, SNSD Taeyeon, ITZY, AKMU, Yang Yoseop, Chung Ha, Sunmi, and (G)-IDLE, who completed the top 30.
