According to the recently revealed list of "Top 100 YouTube Worldwide MostSearched K-pop Idols 2020," widely-known celebrities such as members of BTS, BLACKPINK, MAMAMOO, Girls' Generation, Block B, EXO, Red Velvet, SHINee, GOT7, TWICE, and more are included. The ranking was established on Google trends and statistics, in which data were collected from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31.

Coming in at No. 1 is none other than the main vocalist and youngest member of the world-renowned K-pop boy group BTS, having a 780.00 search index which has more than 200 difference from the second spot.

The male idol also came at No. 1 the "Top 100 YouTube Worldwide Most Searched K-Pop Idols 2020" for the first half of 2020, wherein date were gathered from Jan. 1 to June 30. BTS Jungkook earned 687.50 search index within six months, proving his immense popularity. Last year, the singer also took the No. 1 spot on the said ranking.

On top of that, the main vocalist topped the ranking of Google's "Top 100 Most Searched K-pop Idols 2020" with a 750.00 search index. Jungkook is also one of the most-watched and famous stars on the short-form, video-sharing app, TikTok. The BTS member even became the very first and only singer to attain more than 10 billion views on his TikTok tag.

Meanwhile, aside from Jungkook, other BTS members are included in the Top 15 of the list. Jimin and V ranked No. 2 and No. 3, respectively.
