Jungkook from global group BTS has reportedly bought a detached house in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which is worth 7.6 Billion Won.

According to a source from the real estate industry, Jungkook bought a two-story house in Itaewon for 7.63 billion won (about 7 million USD) in November last year. Built in 1976, this house is a detached house with a total floor space of 230.74 square meters and a total area of 637 square meters.

The house that Jungkook purchased is located in Itaewon-dong, which is popular among wealthy people and foreign diplomats. It is a neighbor with the Kuwait Embassy, the Indian Embassy residence, and more. It is known that he still got the lease from a foreign company. It is a five-minute drive (1.5 kilometers) away from Nine One Hannam in Yongsan-gu, where his group BTS lives.

Recently, celebrity investment has been increasing in Itaewon-dong. This is due to the geographical advantage that the high-end residential area havem being located between downtown Gwanghwamun and Gangnam.
