aespa will release their new single 'Forever' at 6 PM KST on February 5 on major online music sites such as Flo, Melon, Genie, iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, and QQ Music.
'Forever' is a new remake of Yoo Young Jin's song of the same name from his winter album 'Winter Vacation In SMTOWN.com', released in 2000, and will feature the fresh and clear voices of aespa members.
It is a medium-tempo ballad song that combines the original composer Yoo Young Jin's own arrangement, pure lyrics that symbolize eternal love, as well as warm acoustic guitar sound, which is enough to show the charm of aespa, which is different from their intense debut song 'Black Mamba'.
The SM group debuted with 'Black Mamba' in November 2020 and proved to be a "monster rookie" by recording 100 million views for their debut music video in the shortest time in the history of K-Pop. They also have unusual achievements as a rookie on global charts such as Billboard and QQ Music.
