BTS will host an online exhibition called 'BTS EXHIBITION MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E' along with their online concert broadcasts in October.
Big Hit Entertainment posted a notice on their official fan community Weverse on September 15 regarding the live streaming of the upcoming online concert 'BTS MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E' and the online exhibition 'BTS EXHIBITION MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E'.
According to the announcement, Big Hit Entertainment will broadcast the solo concert 'BTS MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E' online, which will be held for two days: at 7 PM KST on October 10 and at 4 PM KST on Octover 11.
In addition, the solo exhibition 'BTS EXHIBITION MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E' will be shown online at the same time.
"This exhibition is an online exhibition implemented in a 3D virtual space so that you can enjoy various contents of BTS online," the agency said. "You can freely move and watch works that you met at the '2018 BTS EXHIBITION', including sketches on the set and behind-the-scenes photos of the concerts, as well as contents newly prepared for the online exhibition."
Tickets for the performances and exhibitions are sold exclusively through Weverse Shop. Details such as ticket prices and viewing benefits can be found on the notice.
The concert will be held offline and online at the same time. However, it has not been confirmed whether or not fans will be allowed to the venue, due to the continued aftermath of COVID-19. The decision is expected to be made after inspecting further developments related to the pandemic.
The agency said on August 27 that they were carefully checking the details of the offline performance once again because uncertainties in the performance conditions had risen again. "We will closely check the spread of the pandemic and the government's policy, thoroughly prepare for a safe performance, and inform you of the details of the performance after the massive outbreak has calmed down."
