Although YG Entertainment was already kicked out of the Top 3 in terms of market worth, the company still ranked No. 1 as the most expensive agency building among HYBE, SM, and JYP Entertainment.

In the latest episode of "All Year Live," the top 10 agencies with the most expensive buildings were unveiled! Which company do you think entered the list?

On the latest broadcast of KBS 2TV's "All Year Live," on Nov. 5, the top 10 agencies that cost billion won were revealed.

Among agencies, YG Entertainment which is home to BLACKPINK and BIGBANG was selected as the most expensive agency building.

In the show, YG Entertainment, the agency of BIGBANG, WINNER, iKON, BLACKPINK, and TREASURE, ranked No. 1 as the highest-priced building among entertainment agencies.

Its building located in Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu, was specifically purchased at an auction for 2.8 billion won.

In addition to this, a new YG building was built by purchasing a site near the old building in Hapjeong-dong, which value is known to be around 180 billion won. This makes the combined value of the two offices to be about 200 billion won.

In second place is SM Entertainment's office building located at Seongsu-dong.

The office building standing tall between the Seoul Forest is said to be the "KWANGYA." The value of the SM new building, which is leased and used from the 6th to 19th floors, is about 600 billion won, and the monthly rent alone is 600 million won. It also recorded a total value of 135.3 billion won, including 40 billion won in Cheongdam-dong and 90 billion won in Apgujeong.

Of course, JYP Entertainment ranked third place with its building with four basement floors and 10 ground floors.

Aside from the exterior and interior designs, JYP also boasted an eco-friendly building that is toxin-free. The estimated value of the JYP building is 43 billion won.

HYBE Along with FNC, Brave Entertainment, and More Entered Top 10 with Most Expensive Building

Following the "Big 3," Hook Entertainment, home to Lee Sung Gi, Lee Sun Hee, etc., ranked No. 4 with its building on Dosan-daero worth 29 billion won.

In fifth place is Brave Entertainment who was able to open a new building thanks to Brave Girls' reverse-run success. The value of the new building, which is being built by selling the existing offices in Yeoksam-dong and Seocho-dong, is about 25 billion won.

FNC Entertainment was also listed as the sixth place for its building in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, wherein the value is known to be about 20 billion won.

The seventh-place was P-Nation's building, with an estimated value of 14 billion won, followed by BH Entertainment at No. 8 with an estimated value of 12 billion won. Antenna Entertainment also entered the rankings at No. 9, which value costs 10.3 billion won. The aforementioned buildings were all run by veteran personalities Psy, Lee Byung Hun, and Yoo Hee Yeol, respectively.

Lastly, HYBE, the agency of global group BTS, was ranked 10th.

Its office building with seven basement floors and 19 ground floors alone can be found in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and it reportedly has more than 1,000 employees.

The office building boasted a huge garden as a rest area. The estimated value of the HYBE office building is estimated to be about 600 billion won, but it was leased, and the company paid 1.7 billion won per month.
