Lockdown hasn't stopped Carrie Underwood for continuing with her grueling fitness regime. And the country singer proved her hard work has paid off when she stripped down to her bikini on Saturday morning. The 37-year-old flashed her toned abs in a bright and colorful selfie for her nine million followers.
Carrie opted for a Hawaiian style bikini top with a floral design. She teamed the look with a pair of rose red colored bottoms. But it was the mom-of-two's toned mid-section that stole all the attention in the happy shot. Carrie accessorised with a floppy wide brimmed hat that shielded her face from the sun.
Her blonde hair was styled out naturally and she appeared to be wearing a natural face of makeup, complete with fake lashes, a subtle shadow and blushed cheeks. Carrie's post comes after her trainer, Eve Overland, revealed to Us Weekly earlier in the week that she will even workout while doing laundry.
''She is dedicated to living as healthy as possible the for 52 weeks of the year,'' she said. ''Carrie has been known to do walking lunges around the house and jog in place while doing laundry.''
Eve also shared that the Cry Pretty singer's favorite workout is running.
''When she hops on the treadmill or takes a jog outside in the sunshine, it dials in her mind,'' said Eve, adding, ''that it' gets her pumped up for the day.''
Carrie is the mom to sons, Isaiah, five, and Jacob, one. She shares her young kids with her former professional ice hockey player husband, Mike Fisher.
They met backstage at one of her concerts in 2008 and got engaged the following year. The loved up duo married in July 2010 in Georgia with guests of over 250 people.
