According to an article on Deadline, Demi Moore will make her appearance after a long time no movie projects. The 57-year-old actress will be alongside Craig Robinson, 48-year-old, Paul Walter Hauser, 33-year-old and Peter Stormare, 66-year-old in “Songbird” by Michael Bay.
Michael Bay is the major producer of this pandemic-themed thriller, in partnership with Catchlight Studios and Invisible Narratives.
The filming of Songbird will take place in Los Angeles as one of the first movies to begin re-production since Hollywood faced a standstill period because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Adam Mason, the movie’s director will have all the cast members followed strict social-distancing rules, as well as updated techniques in filming. The filmmakers also have been giving remote training for the cast members.
The main plots of Songbird were told through a street-level point of view, with details came up around an essential worker with a rare immunity who overcomes struggles to be with his girlfriend who was locked within her home.
The horror film co-produced, written and directed by John Krasinski, 40, who also stars in the sequel, is scheduled for release on September 4. It was originally planned to be in theaters in March, but then got postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Director Michael Bay recently got addressed by Megan Fox, 34-year-old in a circulated interview back in 2009 about his inappropriate behavior toward the actress who was just a teenager then.
Referencing the time Michael asked her to wear a bikini and dance under a waterfall in Bad Boys II, Megan wrote, “I was around 15 or 16 years old when I was an extra in Bad Boys II. There are multiple interviews where I shared the anecdote of being chosen for the scene and the conversations that took place surrounding it. It’s important to note however that when I auditioned for Transformers I was 19 or 20.”
