Although the falling financial issues of Kylie Jenner is still a burden, she stills tops Forbes for the highest-paid celebrity as an achievement for her success.
One thing that no one could deny is that Kylie Jenner really knows how to make money, and use it as well. On Forbes's list of 2020 Celeb 100, the No.1 position belonged to Kylie, as the world's highest-paid celebrity in terms of her annual pay.
"While she had exaggerated over the years about the size of her business, the money she pulled in from the deal was real - enough to rank as one of the biggest celebrity cashouts of all time," the publication wrote on Thursday.
Over the past year, Kylie, 22, earned $590 million which most of it was thanks to beauty giant Coty buying a 51 percent stake of Kylie Cosmetics last January (according to Forbes). The Kardashian's little sister sold her share for $600 million, which led to her earning $540 million before tax.
The top other highest-paid celebrities in the top ten are Roger Federer ($106.3 million), Cristiano Ronaldo ($105 million), Lionel Messi ($104 million), Tyler Perry ($97 million), Neymar ($95.5 million), Howard Stern ($90 million), LeBron James ($88.2 million) and Dwayne Johnson ($87.5 million).
With her asset at such a young age, Forbes also named Kylie Jenner as the world's youngest self-made billionaire in 2019 and again in 2020 but published a bombshell accusation last week about the Jenner family of inflating figures and 'forging' tax returns for the makeup mogul's cosmetics company.
Kylie Jenner denied the report shortly after, tweeting: "What am I even waking up to. I thought this was a reputable site.."
"All I see are a number of inaccurate statements and unproven assumptions lol. I’ve never asked for any title or tried to lie my way there EVER. period"
She followed up with a quote from the Forbes report that accused the Jenners and their accountant of producing false tax returns.
“even creating tax returns that were likely forged” that’s your proof? so you just THOUGHT they were forged? like actually what am I reading." Kylie tweeted incredulously.
Kylie Jenner is making money and using it well. The world's youngest billionaire owns a lot of property, but one of her newest properties is her $36.5 Million Holmby Hills Compound, a $50 million Global Express private jet, $15 million of 5 acres of land in Hidden Hills and her massive collections of supercars.
