Yohan (real name Kim Jung Hwan), a member of boy group TST (earlier TOP SECRET), has passed away on June 16. He was 28 years old.
On June 17, TST's agency, KJ Music Entertainment, announced the sad departure of the idol. The cause of death was not disclosed according to the wishes of the bereaved family.
KJ Music Entertainment's official statement reads:
"Hello, this is boy group TOP SECRET (TST)'s agency, KJ Music Entertainment.
We're here to tell you a very sad news.
TST member Yohan passed away on June 16.
The bereaved families are in such a sudden sadness. They sincerely want to refrain from reporting on Yohan's reason of death.
Our deepest condolences to Yohan's last journey."
Born in 1992, Yohan made his debut in the K-Pop industry in 2015 as the vocalist of boy group NOM. Unfortunately, NOM disbanded, and the male idol continued to debut in 2017 as a member of boy group TST .
Shock and sadness are growing even more as earlier in May, Johann expressed his willingness to work hard and often communicated with fans through Naver's V Live and his SNS. Currently, TST fans are paying tribute to him by streaming 'Paradise.'
Meanwhile, the mortuary of the deceased was set up at the funeral hall of Severance Hospital in Sinchon, Seoul. The funeral will be held on the morning of June 18, and the burial site will be at Yongin Catholic Park.
