RBW has revealed the progress of renewing their excusive contracts with the members of girl group MAMAMOO.

On January 22, MAMAMOO's agency RBW announced that, "We are discussing the renewal of contracts with the MAMAMOO members based on trust in each other. The current contract period is still valid, but we wanted to give in-depth time to the members who trusted and stayed with us for a long time, so we are discussing with them early on. In the meantime, there were many speculative rumors and inquiries related to this, so we decided to officially disclose the progress."
They added, "Currently, Solar and Moonbyul have renewed their contracts with us, while Wheein and Hwasa are also exchanging opinions with us positively. As all the members have great affection and pride for MAMAMOO, we expect positive results."
MAMAMOO, who made their first step in the music industry with the debut song 'Mr. Ambiguous' in June 2014, secured a diverse fan base of both men and women by their not only perfect live performance but also popular music and colorful stage manners.
Since then, they have established themselves as a representative girl group of K-Pop, being loved by numerous masterpieces such as 'Piano Man', 'Um Oh Ah Yeh', 'You Are The Best', ' Décalcomanie', 'Yes I Am', 'Starry Night', 'Egotistic', 'Wind Flower', 'Gogobebebe', 'HIP', and 'AYA'.
Unlike other 7-year groups, MAMAMOO is the only girl group in South Korea that draws an endless upward curve with increasing album sales, steady inflow of foreign fans, and successful solo and group activities.
