Billboard has shared its World Albums chart for the week ending in August 22!
BTS’s Japanese album “Map of the Soul: 7 ~The Journey~” shoots to the top of the chart, now in its fifth week in the rankings. While the album came out in July, its physical CD version was released on August 7, leading to a rise in sales numbers. “Map of the Soul: 7 ~The Journey~” also entered the Top 20 of the Billboard 200 chart this week.
BTS’s Korean album “Map of the Soul: 7” takes No. 3 (25 weeks on the chart).
Map of the Soul: 7 is the fourth studio album by BTS. It was released on February 21, 2020 with "ON" serving as the album's title track.
The album has sold more than four million copies becoming the best-selling album on South Korea of all time.
“Love Yourself: Answer” is No. 4 (103 weeks)
Love Yourself: Answer (Love Yourself 結 'Answer') is the second special album by BTS. It was released on August 24, 2018 with "Idol" serving as the album's title track.
The album consists a total of 25 songs including six new tracks, two previously-revealed tracks ("Euphoria" and "Epiphany"), a full-length version of "Serendipity", songs featured on Love Yourself: Her and Tear, and remixes.
The physical album consists of four versions: S, E, L, and F
NCT 127’s “Neo Zone” is No. 5 (23 weeks)
NCT #127 Neo Zone is the second studio album by NCT 127. It was released on March 6, 2020 with "Kick It" serving as the album's title track.

The album includes previously released singles like "Mixtape : Gone Days", "Mixtape : On Track", and the OSTs "TOP" and "SLUMP".

The physical album comes in 8 different versions: an individual edition for each member and a "united" version. A Korean edition of the albums were released with 8 additional versions, similar to the previous ones.
