BLACKPINK’s Jennie Is Pastel Perfection, But What About Her Dog’s Pout?

The weather outside might be frightful, but BLACKPINK’s Jennie has a sweet solution to brighten up December days
The weather outside might be frightful, but BLACKPINK’s Jennie has a sweet solution to brighten up December days. End-of-year dressing often leans towards Christmas reds and forest greens, or layers upon layers of dark tones, but Jennie is championing sweet pastels. We’re finding ourselves to be quite convinced.
It mirrors the winter dressing of her BLACKPINK bandmate Jisoo, but Jennie takes the sugary look further by wearing soft violet from top to toe. In a recent Instagram triptych, the 24-year-old can be seen wearing the ultimate WFH tracksuit by Korean leisurewear brand Frei, which she styled with a tonal lilac beanie hat.
Jennie’s infatuation with pastel tones doesn’t end with her wardrobe, either. The BLACKPINK star has acquired one of Instagram’s most-coveted interior trophies: a baby pink Gustaf Westman table. You know the ones: they feature in every influencer’s home and look like a super chic take on your favourite childhood puzzle.
Yes, the pastel outfits are brilliant and we’re pretty jealous of Jennie’s Scandi-chic interiors, but we all know the main focus of her recent Insta shots is her dog Kai. Rather, the pup’s nonplussed facial expressions. Talk about a supermodel pout!

According to Jennie, What Would BLACKPINK Like To Do In 2021?
2020 has been a tough year for everyone, and K-Pop idols especially have had a tough time, as idols have had to cancel things like concerts due to COVID-19. With this being said, there have also been lots of idols who achieved a lot of success this year, such as BLACKPINK.
In a recent interview with Forbes‘ Hugh McIntyre, BLACKPINK were asked about what they wanted to do in 2021.
"The world is in a very weird place. What would you love to do next year that maybe you couldn’t in 2020?"
Jennie answered the question by talking about how they’ve had a very difficult and successful year and that they are joyful that they get to end this year with an online concert. Jennie also wished everyone the best for the remainder of 2020.
"That’s a hard question. Well, it was a very busy year for Blackpink and we’re very happy to end it with this great opportunity that we have with the YouTube online concert. So we hope everybody can have a happy 2020."
In regards to 2021, Jennie spoke on how they want to keep in touch with their fans and continue to make great music, even if the situation is difficult.
"And in 2021, it would be really nice… Our fans, that’s the first thing on our minds and continuing making great music and try to find ways to communicate with our fans, even in these situations."
