BLACKPINK is making their long-awaited comeback, and fans now know what’s in store for BLACKPINK’s activities in 2022.
Today, YG Entertainment officially released a thirty-second announcement trailer, confirming BLACKPINK will come back with a pre-release single in August before releasing a full album, BORN PINK, in September.
The trailer also confirmed the beginning of their world tour in October of this year.
Earlier this month, YG Entertainment announced the group’s comeback and made a statement promising the “largest-ever world tour for a K-Pop girl group.”
A lot of music in BLACKPINK’s style has been prepared with great effort for a long time. BLACKPINK will embark on the largest-ever world tour for a K-Pop girl group by the end of the year alongside their comeback to expand their communication and reach with fans across the world. An audio teaser played throughout the announcement trailer, hinting at the new album’s sound. The group recently released their special track “READY FOR LOVE,” at BLACKPINK’s THE VIRTUAL concert on PUBG MOBILE, giving fans a new song to enjoy before their official comeback.
