On November 1 at 1 p.m. KST, BABYMONSTER made their highly-anticipated comeback with their first studio album “DRIP” and its title track of the same name.
Immediately upon its release, the album shot to the top of iTunes charts in various countries around the world. By the morning of November 2, “DRIP” had already hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 11 different regions, including Brazil, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
“DRIP” also reached No. 2 on Line Music’s Top 100 Albums chart in Japan, marking a new personal record for the group.
Meanwhile, the music video for “DRIP” soared past 15 million views in less than 24 hours—and the music video for BABYMONSTER’s first title track “CLIK CLAK” surpassed 25 million views in less than three days.
