On November 11 local time, Billboard officially announced that BABYMONSTER had entered its Top 200 Albums chart (which ranks the most popular albums in the United States) for the very first time.
For the week ending on November 16, the rookie girl group’s new mini album “DRIP” debuted at No. 149 on the Billboard 200.
BABYMONSTER also debuted on Billboard’s Artist 100 at No. 63, marking their first-ever appearance on the chart.
Outside of the Billboard 200, “DRIP” debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums chart, No. 11 on the Top Current Album Sales chart, No. 12 on the Top Album Sales chart (meaning it was the 12th best-selling album of the week in the United States), and No. 22 on the Independent Albums chart.
Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER’s new title track “DRIP” debuted at No. 30 on Billboard’s Global 200—marking the group’s first time entering the top 30 of the chart—and No. 16 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart this week.
