“The Penthouse 3” Ratings Dip Slightly As “Imitation” And “Voice 4” Rise
On June 25, KBS’s idol drama “Imitation”—whose ratings had fallen below 1 percent for the past couple of episodes—enjoyed an increase in viewership for its latest episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the eighth episode of the webtoon adaptation scored an average nationwide rating of 1.3 percent.
“Voice 4” also saw its ratings rise for its third episode, which earned a nationwide average of 3.4 percent. Additionally, the drama continued to take first place in its time slot across all cable channels among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored an average nationwide rating of 2.3 percent and a peak of 2.8 percent.
Meanwhile, SBS’s hit drama “The Penthouse 3” stayed strong with average nationwide ratings of 14.9 percent, 17.0 percent, and 17.1 percent for its three parts. Despite seeing a slight dip in viewership, the drama remained the most-watched program to air on any channel on Friday—as well as the most-watched miniseries of the entire week.
