Lee Jin Hyuk is considering appearing in KBS 2TV's new drama 'Dear M' (written by Lee Seul, directed by Park Jin Woo, Seo Joo Wan).
His agency, TOP Media revealed on September 5 that the singer received the casting offer for the upcoming drama and he is positively reviewing it.
'Dear M' is a youth romance drama about the search for "M", who wrote an article on the community board of Seoyeon University's website, turning the university upside down. Its confirmed cast includes Park Hye Soo, Jaehyun (NCT), Kim Sae Ron and Bae Hyun Sung, and Kwon Eun Bin (CLC).
Lee Jin Hyuk is offered the role of Gil Mok Jin in 'Dear M', a sophomore in Seoyeon University's psychology department. Gil Mok Jin is the roommate of Cha Min Ho (played by Jaehyun) and Park Ha Neul (played by Bae Hyu Ssung). Unlike his modest appearance, he is a decent student. The role is expected to add to the fun of the drama.
Earlier, Lee Jin Hyuk met viewers through a series of dramas, including the MBC drama 'Find Me in Your Memory' and the web drama 'Don't Let Go'. As he showed his stable acting abilities, expectations are high what kind of performance he will deliver in 'Dear M'.
'Dear M' is scheduled to premiere in the first half of 2021.
