Ha Sung Woon’s agency confirmed in a telephone interview with Top Star News on April 20 that the solo singer has completed about 80% of the recording ahead of his comeback.
An official from the agency said, “We are currently being careful due to the spread of COVID-19,” adding, “We will set the exact timing of our comeback in May after the ‘social distancing’ is eased.”
They added that the idol wants to meet his fans quickly with various album activities such as fan meetings and fan signing events, but his health must come first.
Ha Sung Woon made his debut as a member of HOTSHOT in 2014. He then made his debut as Wanna One through ‘Produce 101‘ and gained huge popularity, with his debut album reaching a million copies sold.
After WANNA ONE’s disbanded, he opened another chapter of his life as a solo singer. In particular, he participated in writing and composing all the songs on his album, including ‘Don’t Forget,’ ‘BLUE,’ ‘BIRD’ and ‘The Story of December,’ which expressed his passion as an artist.
Ha Sung Woon, who is now a DJ of ‘Late Night Idol,’ displays a hard-working attitude in 2020, and we expects his colorful music to show in the future.
