JYP Entertainment has issued a warning regarding those who violated the privacy of their boy band DAY6 (Sungjin, Young K, Jae, Wonpil and Dowoon).

"Even though we have notified several times about rules regarding the safety and privacy of our artists, they are complaining of extreme stress caused by fans who continuously visiting places where artists' personal schedules are held or waiting around them," JYP posted on their official SNS on May 28.

"This is a violation of rights and can be punished under the current law if you repeatedly attempt to approach, follow, or hide and wait for them, and we are collecting evidence (such as CCTV footage near the company building)."

Finally, JYP said, "If the case is repeated by the same person, regardless of the cumulative number of warnings and the application of the blacklist, we inform you that we can proceed with legal action," adding, "We sincerely ask for your cooperation so that DAY6 can show you a better side of them through a comfortable daily life and rest."

DAY6 recently released their new album 'The Book of Us: The Demon', topping major music charts with its title track 'Zombie', proving the boys' strong music influence.
