BLACKPINK finally comeback with the music video of the pre-release single ‘How You Like That‘ at 6PM KST on June 26th.


On the afternoon of the 26th, BLACKPINK (Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, Lisa) hosted the BLACKPINK Global Press Conference through a live broadcast.

Jennie said on the same day, “It was a long process to reach my first full-length album. It’s fun to challenge new and diverse genres than scheduled. I wonder how we will develop further in the future”.


Regarding the new song, she added, “It’s a song that can change the concept well depending on various mood changes and moods. We had a lot of worries about the clothes for visual synergy. It has more hip-hop elements than the songs that have been released so far. We had a lot of discussions and concerns to show our various sides”.


BLACKPINK is back with their new song “How You Like That” in about a year and two months. It is the pre-released title track of the first full-length album to be released in September. It is a hip-hop song with individuality and charisma, slightly released in the form of a teaser, and the dreamy and grand sound overwhelms the intro.


“How You Like That” contains BLACKPINK’s message that the powerful beat that rises as the song progresses, “Let’s go forward and soar high in any dark situation.” After that, the girl group will meet global fans through ‘Countdown Live‘ on its official V LIVE and YouTube channels.


The first comeback stage will be on NBC’s flagship program “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on the 26th (local time). Their first appearance on a music show will begin on SBS’s “Inkigayo” on Friday.
