Girls' Generation Yoona confirmed to appear in a new film after 'E.X.I.T' with Park Jung Min, Lee Soo Kyung, and Lee Sung Min.

Taking place in t1986, the film will tell the story of math prodigy Jun Kyung who lives in the roadless countryside of North Gyeongsang Province. The film will be written and produced by director Lee Jang Hoon who worked on the 2017 film “Be With You.”

Lee Sung Min, who starred in the dramas “Incomplete Life,” “Golden Time,” and “Memory,” and the films “The Sheriff in Town,” “The Spy Gone North,” “The Witness,” and “The Man Standing Next,” will be playing Jun Kyung’s father and engineer Tae Yoon. Although Tae Yoon is a dedicated engineer who has never been late for work, he is an awkward and silent father.

YoonA, who starred in the hit film “E.X.I.T,” will play the unpredictable Ra Hee who notices Jun Kyung’s gift early on. After realizing Jun Kyung’s extraordinary charm, at first sight, she plays close attention to him and actively pushes him forward, creating refreshing chemistry in the drama.

Jun Kyung’s supportive older sister Bo Kyung will be played by Lee Soo Kyung, who starred in the film “Coin Locker Girl” and “Heart Blackened,” which won her the title of Best Supporting Actress at the 54th Baeksang Arts Awards. Since Jun Kyung is her only younger sibling, she has looked after him as his warm pillar of support.

“Miracle” is slated to premiere in 2021. Stay tuned and wait for further information.
