The Fight for this love singer and ex-One Direction member split apart in July 2018 after they got Bear - their lovely son. However, they remain to stay in good terms of parenting when it came to their kid.
During the Coronavirus pandemic, Cheryl Cole has been looking after their three-year-old at her Buckinghamshire home since lockdown while Liam Payne has been staying in London.
This distancing time really worries her out, especially what could happen to Liam because since the first day, he has no secret showing how much he loves his son and misses him while they are apart. All Liam can express is just through his emotional facetime calling with Bear.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Liam revealed that he and his ex Cheryl made the decision together as his busy touring schedule meant he could have been exposed to the deadly coronavirus.
According to Cheryl, she is willingly and happily to ask Liam to move in with her and Bear. She could do anything to help her son see and live with his own father.
Although they are not together, Cheryl Cole and Liam Payne are still trying to provide their co-parent son what best and most important, their unconditional love for Bear.
About their love story, it's been quite a love time months since Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole split, and until now there was still no specific reason has ever been given.
She first met Liam in 2008 when he was a 14-year-old hopeful on The X Factor and she was a judge. Their paths crossed again in 2015 when he returned to perform with One Direction and the rest is history.
Liam, 26, is now dating Texan model Maya Henry, 19, but says Cheryl remains the number one person in his life.
"She's one of the most, if not the most, important people in my life. I'm lucky I have someone who understands what I'm going through," he added.
