On March 3, her agency Starship Entertainment announced that, "Soyou will make a surprise comeback with a new song written by Lee Hyo Ri and composed by Babylon at 6 PM KST on March 11."
Fans' expectations for the comeback are rising as the prominent producer lineup was officially unveiled in the coming-soon image with a cozy color on Soyou's official SNS on March 2.
Soyou will work with Lee Hyo Ri, who shows clear colors in various fields in the entertainment industry, and Babylon, who has established themselves as representative musicians of the R&B scenes in South Korea since their debut in 2015, drawing attention.
While working on the song together, Lee Hyo Ri and Babylon gave the new song as a gift to Soyou because they thought it would suit Soyou. It is rumored that Soyou also performed it with her high-quality emotional vocals to repay the trust of the two.
In particular, Lee Hyo Ri is in charge of writing, composing, and producing the new song 'Alone' by Babylon, which was released last month, and the collaboration between the two has been proven a good combination. On top of that, Soyou, called the "Collab Goddess", makes fans more interested in the special synergy that the three will create with her unique voice.
With this, Soyou will make her comeback to the music industry 8 months after 'OTTA GO', which was released in July last year.
