Minhyuk from boy group MONSTA X will challenge his first OST ever as he is set to sing for the popular webtoon 'She's My Type'.
According to Korean reports on August 12, Minhyuk has been selected as the next singer to sing the OST for webtoon 'She's My Type'. Minhyuk's OST will be released later on various music site.
'She's My Type' is a a popular webtoon in SOuth Korean with a rating of 9.9 and has accumulated 200 million views. Previously, B1A4 Sandeul participated in the first OST of 'She's My Type', which was released on July 20, and producer Gray participated in the second OST 'STAY THE NIGHT' (Feat. DeVita) released on August 12.
The third OST of the webtoon will be the first time Minhyuk lend his voice for an OST. The singer, who made his debut as a member of MONSTA X in 2015, was loved by music fans by hits such as 'Beautiful', 'Trespass', 'Rush', 'DRAMARAMA', 'Follow', 'Shoot Out', 'Alligator', and 'FANTASIA'.
He is also prominent in his personal activities. Minhyuk was selected as the new host for SBS' 'Inkigayo' in October last year and is receiving favorable reviews from viewers for his witty hosting skills and cartoon-like appearance. Since July, he has also been a host of Naver NOW's 'Vogue Show' and has been communicating often with global fans.
