Big Hit Japan, a Japanese corporation of Big Hit Entertainment, will launch the 'Big Hit Japan Global Debut Project' to produce new artists.

According to Big Hit on January 1, the first runners of the 'Big Hit Japan Global Debut Project' are K, NICHOLAS, EJ, KYUNGMIN, and TAKI, who are growing day by day aftter participating in Mnet's 'I-LAND'. Additional members who will work with them as a group will be selected through the new audition '&AUDITION' and the group will debut this year.

K, NICHOLAS, EJ, KYUNGMIN, and TAKI said through their agency Big Hit Japan, "We will make our debut in Japan with the new members to be decided through the audition. We're already looking forward to who we'll be working with. We ask for your support and love."

The 'Big Hit Japan Global Debut Project' will be fully supported by a group of experts from each field with the systematic training system of Big Hit Japan. The mentors will include Bang Si Hyuk, the chairman of Big Hit Entertainment, music producer Pdogg, performance director Son Sung Deuk, performance director Sakura Inoue, and music producer and sound director Soma Genda. In addition, composer and music producer Imai Ryosuke and music producer UTA also joined as special advisors to add strength to the project.

The application period for '&AUDITION' is January 1-17, and the final members will be determined after a review. Details can be found on the Big Hit Japan audition website and SNS.
