BTS's new album 'BE (Deluxe Edition)' released on November 20 topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in 90 countries and regions around the world, including the United States, Canada, Britain and New Zealand, on November 21 (as of 8 AM KST).
The title track 'Life Goes On' also topped the iTunes Top Songs chart in 90 countries and regions around the world, proving the warm comfort that BTS delivers to the world.
'BE' is the only album in a different form from the regular full-length album series BTS released so far, and it tells the story of BTS's feelings and thoughts now on our existence. The title track 'Life Goes On' is a song that sends a message of comfort, "Life continues even then," although we have to face an unwanted situation and are forced to stop.
Above all, the members' participation in this album is what stands out the most. The members added meaning to the product by selecting a general manager for each field, actively participating in the overall album work, ranging from the planning stage to setting the direction, as well as writing the lyrics and composing the music, designing the concept photos and clips, album jackets, and directing the music video.
Meanwhile, BTS's 'Life Goes On' stage will be unveiled for the first time at the 2020 American Music Awards, which will be held on November 22 (local time).
