A new moment between Ji Jang Wook and Kim Yoo Jung in “Backstreet Rookie” new teaser made viewers' heart pound.
SBS’s upcoming drama “Backstreet Rookie” released another new hilarious teaser which appears the new moment between Choi Dae Hyun (Ji Chang Wook) and Jung Saet Byul (Kim Yoo Jung).
Based on a hit webtoon, “Backstreet Rookie” is a romantic comedy about the unpredictable love story between convenience store owner Choi Dae Hyun and part-time employee Jung Saet Byul.
Convenience store Saet Byul is capturing the hearts of viewers with its popping concept in every content released. Earlier in the first teaser, Jung Saet Byul, a part-timer who appeared at Ji Chang Wook's convenience store tired of working all night long, and in the second teaser, Choi Dae Hyun, a store manager, and Jung Saet Byul, a spicy-tasting part-timer, revealed their dramatic character charms and increased the expectations for the drama.
The third teaser of "Backstreet Rookie," released on June 5, begins with Choi Dae Hyun looking concerned and stressed while Jung Saet Byul smiles brightly at him: "I can go to work tomorrow, right?"
However, after a customer rudely throws down cash on the counter, Jung Saet Byul is shown looking frustrated and near tears at the police station. A police officer explains over the phone, “Jung Saet Byul is at the police station because she got into an argument with a customer.”
If that wasn’t trouble enough, another officer asks, “How can you sell cigarettes to someone underage?” Jung Saet Byul and Choi Dae Hyun look at each other in shock. In the background, Choi Dae Hyun says, “I should have cut her right then — that time bomb".
The mood between Ji Chang-wook and Kim Yoo-jung turns into the last strange atmosphere and creates excitement for viewers. The images of last-second eye contact between the two, which turned around after continuing their cheerful and lively chemistry, are making viewers' hearts strongly pound and raising expectations for the main drama.
